How Aplitar handles your information.

Effective June 28, 2026. This policy explains what information Aplitar collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status.
Applet and workspace content you choose to provide, including resumes, documents, job descriptions, notes, messages, application materials, shared profile content, wiki content, and related prompts.
Presentation and slide deck content, including deck titles, audience and instruction fields, slide text, speaker notes, uploaded images, generated chart images, image descriptions, and related workspace context.
Voice and chat interactions, including text messages, microphone audio processed during live voice sessions, transcriptions, generated spoken responses, and conversation metadata. Aplitar does not retain raw microphone audio from live voice sessions unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.
Usage and technical information, such as browser details, device information, log data, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with the service.
Payment information handled by our payment processor. We do not intentionally store full card numbers on Aplitar systems.

To provide the Aplitar applet experience, including document upload, workspace chat, job tracking, application tailoring, slide deck creation, live presentation, sharing, account authentication, and subscription management.
To generate AI-assisted outputs from the materials and prompts you provide, including tailored career materials, slide drafts, presenter notes, chart images, image descriptions, and conversational responses.
To secure, debug, maintain, and improve the service.
To communicate with you about your account, product updates, security notices, and support requests.

Aplitar may send prompts, documents, job descriptions, wiki content, chat messages, slide deck content, images, voice session instructions, transcriptions, and related applet context to AI model providers so the service can answer questions, create and revise content, generate images, analyze images, and support live presentation features.
You should avoid uploading or presenting information you do not have permission to use or share. AI outputs should be reviewed before you rely on, submit, publish, or present them.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Aplitar, including cloud hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, AI processing, communications, and payment processing providers.
We may share applet content with users you invite or with people who receive a share link or access permission from you.
For shared jobs, applets, and slide decks, we may use viewer account or email information to confirm access permissions and associate viewer conversations with the shared content.
When someone interacts with a shared job application or slide deck, we may save chat messages, AI responses, and any voice transcripts the viewer chooses to share, and make them available to the content owner as feedback or conversation history.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
You may delete certain applet content in the product. Some copies may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You can update or delete applet, document, job, slide deck, image, and conversation content through the product where those controls are available.
You can choose not to provide optional content, though some features may not work without relevant documents, prompts, or account information.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Aplitar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy on this page.
